Host a Party!


What are Hosted Parties? 
They are “sign-up” events that parents or a group of parents agree to host for as few or as many people as you find appropriate for the specific activity/party.  Prices range from $10 to $100+ per person depending on the type of event.  Attendees can be adults, kids or a combination of the two.

Why do we need Hosted Parties?
These events have the potential to raise the largest source of funds from the auction. Consider offering a party as your contribution.  In the past, some hosted parties offered have been the Progressive Dinner, Chick Flick, Treasure Hunts, Poker Night and all sorts of parties for the kids.  Grade level sign-ups, such as a swim party for first graders or “pump it up” party for any grade, are very successful.  Hosted parties continue to be extremely popular, lots of fun and a great way to meet and get to know people.

Since parties have multiple bidders:  Please enter the value of the donation on a per bidder basis under "Estimated Value $" and note the total amount in the "Notes" section.
If more than one person/family is hosting the party: Please enter the name and contact info for only one donor on the main form and note the names of the additional hosts in the "Notes" section.

Some additional things to keep in mind: Who can attend your party? Families? Adults only? Women/Men only? Just kids? What grade/s? How many people can participate? Please provide two possible dates for your event and if there are any additional conditions or considerations we should be aware of.
