The event will take place at the Claremont Resort & Spa in Berkeley, April 21st. This event is a wonderful opportunity to raise money for Crocker and build community.
Tickets are on sale until March 30th, 2018.
What to Expect
The first two hours of the event are all about the silent auction, cocktails and mingling. Next, you'll be served a delicious dinner while our professional auctioneer details the outstanding vacation packages and experiences in our live auction. After dinner, you'll head to the dance floor. Be sure to let your sitter know it's going to be a late night.
Donations for Teachers and Staff
We invite our teachers and staff to attend this wonderful evening - at no cost. We would really appreciate any donations, big or small, to help defray the cost of their event tickets. Thank you!
Wine with Dinner
If you would like to enjoy a bottle of red or white with your dinner, please purchase wine ahead of time. Wines have been carefully selected and will be pre-set at your table ready to enjoy with your dinner.
The cost per bottle is $35 for white and $40 for red in advance. Wine will be sold at the event for $40 and $45.
Auction Pro Tips
Purchase your event tickets and wine bottles early and be sure to register your credit card ahead of time. Then, you can breeze through check-in and get right to the party and spend the evening with a full glass of wine in your hand instead of waiting in line.
Pre purchase The Golden Ticket: This is a fun chance to win $1,000 by purchasing a Golden Ticket and playing a game of heads or tails. The Golden Tickets will be available when you buy your event tickets online. Golden Ticket sales are limited to just 50, so get them while they last!
The auction is meant to be an inclusive fundraising event for all families.
Free and reduced-price tickets are available for those who would like to attend.
